Booking Conditions
For summer 2011 (April until the end of October) Beech, Sycamore and Willow Lodges
are available from a
Saturday for 7 nights. Rowan Lodge is available for three nights from a Friday or four nights from a Monday
(this allows greater flexibility for guests, giving options of 3 or 4 night short breaks, 7, 10, 11 or 14
nights from either Friday or Monday.)
From November 2011 until March 2012 all lodges will be available subject to a three day minimum let
(five days at Xmas and Hogmanay) with no restriction on day of arrival or departure.
For the summer season 2012 (starting Friday 30 March until Sunday 28 October)
Beech and Willow Lodges
will be available, as now, for 7 nights from a Saturday; Rowan and Sycamore Lodges will be available for three
nights from a Friday or four nights from a Monday. We do charge a small premium for the 3 or 4 night breaks to
cover the additional laundry and cleaning.
PAYMENT We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves
and Cill-Mhoire Lodges. Our geographical position makes it necessary for us to reserve the right to make full
charge for any cancellation within 60 days of your due date of arrival. This will only apply if we are unable
to re-let the lodge. We do recommend that guests take out a suitable travel insurance policy. We will refund
the deposit less a £10 administration charge in the case of any cancellation prior to 60 days. The balance
will be due one month (30 days) before the commencement of the let. We ask for a £100 deposit to confirm the
booking.
OCCUPATION From 1600hrs on the day of arrival until 1000hrs on the day of departure. (Please note that we
require all occupants to respect the No Smoking policy in the lodges.)
HEATING AND ELECTRICITY The lodges are very well insulated, all electric and all electricity costs are included
in the tariff. Rowan, Sycamore & Willow lodges have washing machines fitted; guests in Beech do not, at the moment h
ave access to a washing machine.
DOGS We welcome dogs and their responsible owners. Please do not let your dog on the furniture or in the
bedrooms. Reluctantly we have to ask owners to keep their dogs on a lead whilst in the garden. Please do not
leave your dog unattended in the lodge unless it is caged. Please dispose of your dogs waste responsibly.
There is a charge of £10 per dog.
DOMESTIC ARRANGEMENTS The beds have a duvet and two pillows; bedding and towels are provided. We ask that
guests bring their own towels for the beach and swimming.
CLEANING Please leave the lodge in the same clean and tidy state as you found it when you arrived. The lodge
is cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival.
BREAKAGES We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage done to any property or equipment.
WATER SUPPLY All our lodges are on mains water supply; there is no cold water storage and all cold taps may be
used for drinking water. Please conserve water where possible.
MOBILE PHONE RECEPTION The only mobile network that can be received here is Vodafone. Other networks may be
accessed from the top of the hill, two minutes by car, ten minutes on foot. We have a Vodafone SureSignal 3G
signal booster for your use. We will register your mobile phone if you let us have your mobile phone number.
Wi-Fi - You may access broadband internet with our Wi-Fi connection.
RESOURCES There are OS 1:25,000 (2½) Explorer maps covering the island and walking guides, together with
books, games and toys. There is also a DVD player and a separate CD player.

We would like you to help us, please recycle where possible; conserve water; turn off unnecessary lights.
